Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries to the United Kingdom: orders up to £135 excluding VAT can be shipped using the available standard or express delivery services. For non-excise goods within this threshold, Customs Duty does not normally apply.

For orders over £135 excluding VAT, we offer DHL Economy Select and DHL Express. These shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we take care of any applicable import duties and taxes so you won't be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

For deliveries to other countries where import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise during checkout. Import regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking your local requirements before placing an order.
