At OppoSuits, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
For UK shipments, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where applicable — meaning we take care of duties and import taxes when DHL Express is used.
Below you’ll find the most important information about delivery, shipping costs and related questions.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
United Kingdom
1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method.
DHL Express (DDP): Usually next business day delivery.
DHL Home Delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days.
For orders above £135 (excluding VAT), DHL Express (DDP) is the only available shipping option. This ensures that duties and import taxes are handled by us, so you won’t face additional charges upon delivery.
International Orders
Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. Please refer to our International Shipping Information page for a detailed overview.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
Delivery address
Weight of the order
Selected shipping method
DHL Express is more expensive than DHL Home Delivery, but includes DDP service (where applicable) and faster delivery.
Track & Trace
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. With this, you can:
- Track the progress of your package.
- Check the estimated delivery date.
- View possible delivery times (depending on the carrier).
Not Home?
A signature is required upon delivery. If you’re not home:
- The package may be delivered to a neighbor.
- The courier will leave a card and drop the package at a local pickup point.
- A new delivery attempt will follow.
Weekend Deliveries
- Saturday: Delivery is possible in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Sunday: Unfortunately, not available.
Public Holidays
Our distribution center is closed on national holidays, which may affect delivery times. Please consider the following days:
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- King’s Day
- Liberation Day
- Ascension Day
- Whit Monday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Shipping to International Locations
We can ship to nearly any country. Please note:
- Customs Fees: We take care the customs fees for UK shipments. For destinations outside the EU (and not in the UK), import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Correct Website: Make sure you are using the correct country-specific website for local shipping methods and currency.
Problems or Questions?
- Tracking Not Working: Wait 24 hours after receiving the tracking information. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
- Delays: During busy periods like holidays, delays can occur. Keep an eye on your tracking and order early.
Packaging
Your order will be shipped in our signature product packaging, enclosed in a neutral shipping bag or box.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be temporarily out of stock. If you select such an item, the expected shipping date will be indicated. Orders will be shipped only when all items in the order are available.
