At OppoSuits, we aim to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible, whether you live in the Netherlands or abroad. Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about shipping.


Delivery Times
The delivery time of your order depends on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands.

  • Within the Netherlands and Belgium: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. For an overview of international delivery times and options, please consult our International Shipping Information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are free*, with some exceptions.
  • International Shipping Costs: Costs vary by country and weight. You can check the exact amount during checkout.

*Free shipping does not apply to orders containing only one shirt, one Summer Set, or accessories. A small shipping fee will be applied in these cases.


Track & Trace
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. With this, you can:

  • Track the progress of your package.
  • Check the estimated delivery date.
  • View possible delivery times (depending on the carrier).

Not Home?
A signature is required upon delivery. If you’re not home:

  • The package may be delivered to a neighbor.
  • The courier will leave a card and drop the package at a local pickup point.
  • A new delivery attempt will follow.

Weekend Deliveries

  • Saturday: Delivery is possible in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Sunday: Unfortunately, not available.

Public Holidays
Our distribution center is closed on national holidays, which may affect delivery times. Please consider the following days:

  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • King’s Day
  • Liberation Day
  • Ascension Day
  • Whit Monday
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day

Shipping to International Locations
We can ship to nearly any country. Please note:

  • Customs Fees: For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Correct Website: Make sure you are using the correct country-specific website for local shipping methods and currency.

Problems or Questions?

  • Tracking Not Working: Wait 24 hours after receiving the tracking information. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
  • Delays: During busy periods like holidays, delays can occur. Keep an eye on your tracking and order early.

Packaging
Your order will be shipped in our signature product packaging, enclosed in a neutral shipping bag or box. Deluxe Blazers are shipped in a luxury garment bag and cardboard box.


Pre-Orders
Some products may be temporarily out of stock. If you select such an item, the expected shipping date will be indicated. Orders will be shipped only when all items in the order are available.
