My tracking isn’t working, what should I do?Updated a year ago

That depends. Tracking information needs a couple of hours to be activated. So if you've just received your tracking information, please give it some time. As soon as the postal company has scanned the parcel in their sorting center, your tracking should be activated.

When your tracking information still isn't showing any activity after 24 hours, or if there is a specific issue noted in your tracking status, please contact our support team.
