Instructions for buying Return Label  

Step 1:  

Go to the following website: https://send.royalmail.com/ to register your return. Then hover your mouse over Send an item and click Send an item now. Make sure that you choose the right weight of your package. Make sure you choose Netherlands as Go-to-country Below we have explained step by step how you can return your item.  

Then click continue to go to step 2.  

Step 2  

Choose International Tracked (Free collection) and then enter our email address  ([email protected]) choose the value of your item up to £250 price £14.00 and click on continue to go to step 3. It’s important to fill in our email address here, so we get notified by Customs when it’s necessary.   

Click continue to go to step 3.  

Step 3  

Fill in all the details as we indicated, so that you can ultimately click on to the last step.  

The screenshot below belongs to step 3. It is important that you fill in Returned Goods under the heading Customs declaration category and that you must fill in the Customs code yourself by clicking on the lookup customs code button so that you can choose the correct option.

Step 4:   

Complete all fields marked with a * (these are your own address details) and then click on add basket.
