What Is Your Return Process?Updated 12 days ago
How Long Does It Take to Process My Return?
Once our distribution center has received your return, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible. Depending on how busy it is, processing a return can take approximately 5 to 10 business days.
When your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email from us. After the credit note has been issued, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to be completed. These transactions not only need to be processed by us but also by a payment provider and, of course, your bank. You will always receive your refund via the same payment method you used when placing your original order.
Return Request
After submitting your return request, our support team will review and approve (or, in rare cases, reject) your request. Please note that new return requests are processed regularly during business days.
If you created a customer account with us, you can also log in to check the status of your return request. You’ll see statuses like “Pending” (when your request has been submitted), “Authorized” (when our support team has approved your request), and “Processed and Closed” (when your return has arrived at our facility and your refund has been initiated).
Automatic Notifications
When your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification email. Receiving this notification means that your refund is being processed.
Should I Keep My Tracking Code When Returning Something?
Yes! Always!
In general, it’s always good to monitor your package tracking, especially if you’d like an update on the status of your return. More importantly, in the unlikely event that the postal company loses your package, this tracking code serves as proof.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return shipment.
