Shipping methods and transit times
Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Orders that are placed before 7 pm GMT will often be processed and dispatched that same day. Orders that are placed after 7 pm GMT will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. Shipping to the UK takes 3 to 5 business days (with few exceptions).

Please note:
- be aware of any Customs fees or import duties, for more information see our country disclaimer
- only business days apply when calculating transit times
- transit times vary per country, depending on the distance from our warehouse in the Netherlands
- with most postal companies a signature is required upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel

Shipping costs
The shipping costs vary, depending on the number of products (due to the weight of the parcel). If you'd like to have a specific overview of the shipping costs, please place the desired number of products in your cart, go to the checkout, fill in your delivery address, and see what the possibilities are.

Delivery times
The delivery times are Mondays to Fridays up to 6 pm local time usually. On busy days, parcels may also be delivered in the evenings until 9 pm. A signature is required upon delivery, so we recommend that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address during office hours (for example your work address).
