All UK orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Orders over £135
Orders over £135 excluding VAT are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with DHL Economy Select or DHL Express.
This means we take care of any applicable import duties and taxes, so you won't be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
DHL Home Delivery is not available for these orders because it does not support DDP shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the delivery address and the contents of your order.
The available delivery options and exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery details.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days can usually be shipped the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
